In-Game Rules
Out of Character (OOC)
You must stay in character at all times while on the server.
Do NOT use OOC terms such as god(staff), prayer(ticket), vacation (ban) or cousins (other characters).
Please try to minimize background noise.
In the case of a rule break, STAY in character and report it. Do not break character to tell them the rules or that you will be reporting them.
Powergaming/Fail RP
Abusing in-game mechanics to gain an advantage or not attempting to fit in to the world in a way that makes sense:
Shooting without initiation.
Calling out locations while downed.
Min/Maxing jobs to make the fastest money rather than roleplaying the job.
Escorting another player when getting into a vehicle instead of using the “Seat-In” mechanic.
Camping the entrances of places that require a teleport to go in.
Escorting and using a gun, fighting in general, or just running around is NOT allowed.
Driving at high-rates of speed with no RP reason to do so repeatedly.
PD & EMS Not obeying traffic laws.
Attempting to walk, use ANY emotes, use your phone or radio, access your inventory while downed to drop items.
After being downed in a gunfight or heist you are NOT allowed to return to the situation after seeking medical attention. This includes pillbox, grandma’s, EMS, and local EMS. This applies to all players. There are no exceptions.
Low-Quality RP
Actions that are considered to instigate poor quality Roleplay or unrealistic roleplay.
COMBAT LOG: If players participate in a roleplay scenario, it is their responsibility to remain throughout the scenario. If the player is in a fight, they must remain 10 minutes after the last altercation before disconnecting.
Examples of LQRP (Not limited to):
Robbing someone without any lead up or roleplay reason.
Shooting without a good reason.
Shooting someone for insulting you, there should be escalation (first fight, knife, etc) before shooting.
Driving vehicles into Pillbox or similar buildings.

Using an S+ class vehicle at the beginning of a job. D-A class personal vehicles are allowed for jobs, and you can switch to S/S+ after 10 minutes of chase.
Wearing a casual outfit to a robbery.
Taking someone hostage at a legal job is frowned upon, you should try everything in your power to find someone that isn't working.
Robbing someone at a legal job.
Do not insert yourself into active situations and shootouts, this includes gang wars, PD shootouts, or surgery.
Generally, if your actions are unrealistic and result in poor quality roleplay, you are subject to disciplinary action.
Random Death Match (RDM) & Vehicle Death Match (VDM)
Attacking another player without any roleplay leading up to it is not allowed.
Attacking another player using a vehicle without a valid reason or no initiation is NOT allowed.
Meta Gaming
Using information not obtained by your character.
Using information from any OOC discord channel or DM.
Using information from a stream.
Using information from a clip or other recording.
Being in a discord call or any other voice call outside the server is not allowed.
Watching someone’s stream the server while you're also in the server is not allowed.
Pertaining to Multiple Characters:
Your characters are NOT allowed to know each other or be related.
Your characters are NOT allowed to be in the same gang or share a similar group of friends.
Your characters are NOT allowed to transfer assets to each other, even with the help from others. This includes cars and houses.
Not Valuing Life (NVL)
You must always fear for your characters life when being threatened with weapons or other means that would severely harm you
Antagonizing gangs, the police or any armed individuals for no roleplay reason is not allowed.
Green Zones
The only green zones are Pillbox, Police Stations, and the Court House.
Do not flee into a green zone while in an active situation and expect to be safe.
You are not allowed to randomly attack, harm, or kidnap players in a green zone without a very good role play reason
Places you're NOT allowed to go are Fort Zancudo or the Aircraft Carrier. Additionally, military vehicles are NOT allowed to be used.
Green zones are Government locations, as such police response to hostile situations will not be limited to the group limits listed below. It is unrealistic to have a shootout at a police department and only have 10 officers respond...
Group Limits
These are the group limits for the criminal jobs.
4 MAX - Convenience Store robberies
4 MAX - Fleeca Bank robberies
4 MAX - PAC, Jewelry, Yacht, and Bobcat robberies
6 MAX - Prison Transports
8 MAX - On Gang Block
Cop Limit - 10 officers, 4 cage units + 1 Air Unit
Exception being where a high police presence would make sense, airport, police station and hospital.
Cop limit for raids is 12.
