Roster

Every gang that is approved and whitelisted will be required to keep a gang roster in the gang discord. The roster must remain updated and accurate including full names of the gang members, their position and standing in the gang.

Upon leaving a gang, you must wait 2 weeks before joining another gang, and during this time you are NOT allowed to rep another gang.

Blood in, blood out

The process of joining a gang should never be easy, there should be certain things you need to do to earn the trust of the OG(s) and prove yourself to be worthy enough. The same goes for leaving a gang, it shouldn’t be an easy thing to do. Some gangs may have a blood in/out stipulation that means if you blood in, the only way out is in a body bag, or at the very least very serious injury to yourself. If you decide to join a gang that has this in place, then we expect you to also take into account the RP that will be required to leave said gang, meaning if you decide to blood out and are beaten, shot, etc. There should be some medical RP that follows to establish a reason for your character to still be alive.

Having it so your gang is blood in/out does not give you free reign to force perma people. It will always be up to the player to decide whether or not to perma their character as an out from the gang. If they decide to go the medical route, you and your gang should respect that and not bring it up with said character as they may have memory loss, etc.

New recruits

To prevent people coming to the city just to shoot, new recruits need to be in the city for a minimum of 14 days before they’re allowed to represent your gang in any capacity. They can be hang arounds until their probation is over to which they would then begin the recruitment process to join the gang.

Member limit

The official limit is 25 members. This does not mean recruit just anyone to fill numbers, we still expect every gang to have a rigorous recruitment process, make it mean something.

Identification

Members of Official Gangs/Organizations must rep their gang colors during war and other gang related activities. They must be clearly visible and recognizable from a distance. The only way around this is to set war terms that state certain members are to not wear colors.
